Calling all Early Learning Practitioners

Join Breathe Pennsylvania’s Certified Asthma Educators for a two hour online-live education and training that will define and differentiate asthma and allergy; describe allergy symptoms and treatment; and explain the impact on children. Breakout sessions demonstrate how to assess and handle asthma and allergy in the classroom utilizing action plans. Group discussion and role play will identify disparities and the need for classroom inclusion. Participants will review environmental triggers and explore ways to reduce and or eliminate these triggers before school performance and behavior are impacted. There is no prior asthma and allergy knowledge, or experience required.
