Jessica Schuman, RN, BSN, AE-C®

A proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and a Certified Asthma Educator, Jessica has stood by the mission of Breathe PA for the last nine years. Jessica leads Breathe PA’s School Asthma Initiative and works directly with school nurses and families to support and advocate for children with asthma. In addition to working with the School Asthma Initiative, Jessica sits on the credential maintenance panel through the National Board of Respiratory Care. This expert panel writes and approves questions for Asthma Educator Credential renewal and maintenance. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter compete in equestrian competitions, loving her kitty Dodger and cheering on her husband’s NBHL hockey team.
