Kristy Steele

Kristy is a respiratory health professional with over 13 years of experience, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Leadership, and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). In addition to her management roles, she fosters teamwork to drive organizational growth and innovation. Kristy is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) from Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and an active member of the AARC. She maintains a PRN position at a local hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two energetic children, who are passionate about sports. Together, they explore nature through hiking and traveling. Kristy also volunteers with her children’s school PTO and enjoys visiting charming coffee shops in her free time.
