Breathe Pennsylvania offers a variety of community-based education and prevention programs to residents of southwestern Pennsylvania.

Mandated Reporter Training
Breathe Pennsylvania is hosting “Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse”, which is appropriate for all mandated reporters. The training is specifically approved by the Department of State for licensure or license renewal in health-related occupations (Act 31) and by the Department of Education (Act 126) for school personnel (Act 48 credits).

The training is on Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon or 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.  at the Breathe PA office, 201 Smith Drive, Suite E in Cranberry. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Call 724-772-1750 or click here.

Smoke-Free for Life Facilitator Training Program
 
You can help someone quit smoking! Become trained in new methods of tobacco cessation by registering for Breathe Pennsylvania’s Smoke-Free for Life Facilitator Training Program. Learn how to reduce smoking in the workplace and community. Training is offered in Cranberry Township, or at an off-site location with three or more participants. Cost per facilitator is $250 and includes program fee and materials.
