Rebecca Kishlock, BA, CTTS
Director of Cessation and Education Program
Rebecca Kishlock joined the Breathe Pennsylvania staff in February 2017 serves as Breathe PA’s Director of Programs. Before joining the staff at Breathe, Pennsylvania worked for Adagio Health, Armstrong Indiana Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission, and Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC. For more than 20 years, Rebecca has worked towards substance abuse disorder prevention and intervention in Pennsylvania, developing, implementing, and evaluating a broad range of programming. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and her Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) from Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. Rebecca is dedicated to creating impactful programs that empower individuals to become advocates for their lung health through education, prevention, awareness, and direct services.
