This Training is for Early Learning Center Staff and Directors.

Pre-requisites:
A Pre-Survey and Evaluation are required in order to award 2 PAKeys hours of training credit and/or Act 48 credit. After completing your Registration there will be a link for Pre-Survey and at the conclusion of the training there will be a link for the Evaluation.

– If you want (2) Act 48 Credits, please provide a PPID# during registration.

Breathe Pennsylvania’s Certified Asthma Educators provide two hours of online-live education and training that will define and differentiate asthma and allergy; describe allergy symptoms and treatment; and explain the impact on children.  Group discussion and role play will identify disparities and the need for classroom inclusion. Participants will review environmental triggers and explore ways to reduce and or eliminate these triggers before school performance and behavior are impacted. There is no prior asthma or allergy knowledge, or experience required.
